Proclamation Requests

Thank you for your interest in requesting a proclamation from the Office of Mayor Corey O’Connor. Proclamations are issued to recognize significant events, milestones, and contributions within the City of Pittsburgh.

Please read before submitting:

• Requests must be submitted at least six (6) weeks in advance of the date needed. Late submissions may not be accommodated.
• Please provide as much detail as possible to support your proclamation request. Incomplete submissions may result in delays or may not be processed.
• This form does not accept attachments. Please copy and paste all relevant information directly into the fields below.
