Planning Commission July 28, 2026 2:00 PM	Zoning Text Amendment for Executive Order Phase 1. The City of Pittsburgh Planning Commission will hear public testimony on a Zoning Text Amendment in response to Executive Order 2026-01 to remove obsolete sections and language, revise dimensional standards; simplify height requirements; and adjust the residential compatibility standards of the Zoning Code. This will be heard together with DCP-MPZC-2026-00169 to rezone a portion of downtown to GT-C.
