Just before 2:30 a.m., the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police Zone 3 officers responded to a vehicle versus pedestrian collision at the intersection of E Carson Street and S 13th Street in the South Side Flats neighborhood.
Officers in the area were flagged down for an unresponsive adult male located in the roadway. The vehicle did not remain on scene.
Pittsburgh EMS transported the victim to the hospital in stable condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
