Just after 7:00 a.m., Pittsburgh Bureau of Police Zone 2 officers responded to the 600 block of Washington Place for a report of a suspicious person who was seen parachuting off a building.
Witnesses reportedly saw the individual flee the area on foot. Detectives are reviewing security camera footage of the incident.
The investigation is active and ongoing.
