Pittsburgh Police Violent Crime and Fugitive Apprehension Unit detectives, with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Western PA Fugitive Task Force and McKeesport PD, served an arrest warrant and a search warrant in connection with a rape investigation involving juvenile victims.
During service of the warrants, Quavon McMillan, 20, was found hiding in the basement of a residence in McKeesport and is charged with felony counts of Rape, Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, Unlawful Contact with a Minor, Indecent Assault, and Corruption of Minors.
McMillan was transported to the Allegheny County Jail.
