What Is America 250?

On July 4, 2026, our nation will commemorate and celebrate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. The City is proud to partner with the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership, the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, National Flag Foundation, Heinz History Center, Ft. Pitt Museum, Allegheny County, VisitPittsburgh, the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, and America250 PA to bring you a week of programming.
