At approximately 4:45 a.m., Pittsburgh Police from Zone 4 were dispatched to a vehicle versus pedestrian collision at the intersection of Forbes and Oakland Avenue.
Officers located an unconscious adult male in the roadway suffering from a head injury. The driver remained on the scene and fully cooperated with police.
Pittsburgh EMS transported the adult male to a local hospital in critical condition.
An investigation is ongoing.
