Krystal Slepski, 43, of Reserve Township, faces additional charges in relation to this case including; criminal homicide and robbery. She remains in the Allegheny County Jail.
Original Post:
On June 2, 2025, at approximately 8:00 p.m., Pittsburgh Police from Zone 1 were dispatched to the 1800 block of Ley Street in the Troy Hill neighborhood for reports of a domestic disturbance.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with a 73-year-old female victim who reported being struck in the chest by a known female relative during an argument.
Pittsburgh EMS transported the victim to a local hospital for medical evaluation.
The adult female actor was taken into custody and transported to the Allegheny County Jail. Krystal Slepski, 43, of Reserve Township was charged with simple assault for the initial incident. She remains in the Allegheny County Jail.
The 73-year-old female victim later succumbed to her injuries and was declared deceased on June 24, 2025.
The Allegheny County Medical Examiner ruled the manner of death as homicide.
Violent Crime Unit detectives are investigating. Additional charges are expected.
