Special Victims Unit detectives are searching for a missing 16-year-old girl.
Jocelyn Penatzer was reported missing by a relative after receiving new information about her possible whereabouts in the last 24 hours. Penatzer is known to frequent the Wilkinsburg and Homewood neighborhoods. She is believed to be in need of medical attention.
Penatzer is described as 5’5”, weighing approximately 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. The photos shown are from the summer, and it is believed that she has lost weight since then.
