Just before 7:00 a.m., Pittsburgh Police from Zone 5 responded to the 7200 block of Felicia Way for reports of a male shooting victim.
Arriving responders located an adult male victim outside of a structure with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. The victim was conscious, alert, and able to speak with officers and medics. He was transported to a local hospital by Pittsburgh EMS in critical condition.
The male was not cooperative with officers; a crime scene was not located and there is no actor description at this time.
Violent Crime Unit detectives are investigating, including reviewing all available video footage from the area. The investigation is ongoing.
