At approximately 5:15 a.m., Pittsburgh Police from Zone 3 responded to the 2400 block of Spring Street in the city’s Arlington neighborhood for reports of a stabbing.
Arriving officers located an adult male inside of a residence with two puncture wounds to his shoulder and a deep laceration to his wrist. He was transported by Pittsburgh EMS to an area hospital in stable condition.
The incident began as a domestic altercation between the male and an adult female. The female was transported to the Allegheny County Jail. Charges are expected.
