At approximately 1:30 a.m., an Allegheny County Housing Authority Officer working a detail at an establishment in the 1400 block of East Carson Street called for assistance in removing a male from the premises.

When South Side Entertainment Patrol officers working in the area arrived, the male actor had been tased by the officer and was handcuffed. This male was transported to an area hospital by Pittsburgh EMS for medical evaluation. He was cleared and then taken to the Allegheny County Jail.

Tylan Huddleston, 30, of New Castle is facing charges of aggravated assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness.

Once the arrestee was outside, the establishment shut down and a large influx of unruly patrons began pouring outside. A large fight ensued and one security guard was punched in the face. This male actor was arrested via summons.

Diorr Grier-Phillips, 26, of Penn Hills is facing charges for simple assault, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness.

Due to the large number of patrons, the level of intoxication of the patrons, and the general unruliness of the patrons, OC spray was deployed. The scene was then quickly cleared without further incident.

Pittsburgh EMS arrived to the scene for OC spray decontamination. No injuries were reported and no other transports were required.
