At approximately 2:30 a.m. ,Police. Fire, and EMS were alerted to a pickup truck that had crashed into a pole in the 900 block of Saw Mill Run Blvd. outside the BP gas station.
Medic 3 transported the driver to the hospital in critical condition. The passenger was also taken by medics to be evaluated for minor injuries.
A portion of Saw Mill Run was closed as detectives from the Collision Investigation Unit conducted their investigation.
