Special Victims Unit detectives are searching for a missing and at risk 13-year-old who is in need of his medication.
Isaiah Kennedy spends time in the Zone 3 and Zone 6 areas of the city, specifically public parks and libraries such as Pauline Park, Mt. Oliver Library, and the Brookline Rec. Center.
