Mayor Ed Gainey, Council President Lavelle, and City Departments Kick-Off Streetlight Modernization Efforts 

WHO: Mayor Ed Gainey, Council President Lavelle, the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, Department of City Planning  

WHY: Mayor Ed Gainey and Council President Lavelle will be joining the Department of Mobility & Infrastructure and the Department of City Planning in kicking-off the installation of new streetlights city-wide. 

WHEN: Tuesday, June 3rd at 8:30 p.m. 

WHERE: Intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue & Fulton Street in Manchester
