Paid Sick Days Act

The City of Pittsburgh’s Paid Sick Days Act has been in force since March 15, 2020, with recent amendments effective January 1, 2026. The PSDA guarantees an opportunity for covered workers to acquire and use paid sick leave. This Ordinance is administered by the City of Pittsburgh’s Office of Equal Protection.
