Planning Commission June 2, 2026 2:00 PM	Zoning Text Amendment, Council Bill 2025-1545 Planning Commission Public Hearing Council Bill 2025-1545 is returning to Planning Commission for a public hearing. Planning Commission made a positive recommendation to City Council with conditions on January 28, 2025 on an earlier version of this legislation.City Council amended the legislation to replace citywide Inclusionary Zoning with an Affordable Housing Bonus Program. Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the current proposal and make a recommendation to City Council on this version.
