Required Documentation for Applying:

  • All Farmers Market Vendors
    • INSURANCE: Must carry insurance for general liability and property damage, as well as liability coverage of no less than $1,000,000 personal/$2,000,000 aggregate for the su-ration of the Farmers Market Season. The policy must name the City of Pittsburgh as additional insured (address: 414 Grant Street Pittsburgh, PA 15219). A copy of the in-surance must be provided with the Application.
  • Prepared Food Vendors & any Vendors considering sampling their product:

  • Locations
  • Dates
  • Number of Tent Spaces—spaces are 10” x 10”
  • Mark your calendars for Tuesday, March 17, 2026 for the Pre-Season Vendor Meeting at the Schenley Park Ice Rink. (For accepted vendors only.)
