Violent Crime Unit Detectives Make Arrest in East Hills Homicide

Violent Crime Unit detectives, with assistance from the Pittsburgh Police Fugitive Apprehension Unit and the US Marshals Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force, made an arrest in an August 26, 2025 homicide in East Hills.

Terrance George, 36, of Pittsburgh was arrested on a warrant and charged with Criminal Homicide, Possession of Firearm Prohibited, and Firearms Not to Be Carried without a License.

George was transported to the Allegheny County Jail.
