At approximately 10:30 a.m., Pittsburgh Police from Zone 4, Pittsburgh EMS, and Pittsburgh Fire were dispatched to the 900 block of Roselle Court in the city’s Glen Hazel neighborhood for reports of a domestic altercation followed by a stabbing.
Arriving officers located an adult male victim with a stab wound to the upper left-side of his chest. Officers rendered aid to the victim until medics arrived at the scene.
Pittsburgh EMS transported the victim to an area hospital in grave condition. Unfortunately, the male victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased shortly after arriving at the hospital.
The adult female actor was transported to Police Headquarters for questioning.
The Mobile Crime Unit responded to process evidence and Violent Crime Unit detectives are investigating.
There are no arrests at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
