Special Victims Unit detectives are searching for 12-year-old Akiyah Willie.
Akiyah was last seen around 11 a.m. on April 19, 2024 after getting into an argument with her mother. She is described as 4'11", 100 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair in a puffy ponytail.
Akiyah is believed to have a navy blue backpack and be wearing tan "bubble slides" (sandals). No other clothing description is available.
She is known to spend time in the area around the McDonald's in East Liberty, as well as Liberty Green Park, and Homewood. She is considered to be at risk due to her young age.
