Just before 7:30 a.m., EMS, Police, and Fire responded to Banksville Road for a vehicle over a hillside and one person trapped inside.
The driver was traveling on Crane Avenue when he lost control of the vehicle, broke through a barrier, and landed on the hill close to Banksville Road.
EMS crews from Rescue 1 and Rescue 2 removed the roof of the vehicle to extricate the driver who was pinned inside.
Medics transported him to the hospital in serious but stable condition.
One lane of Banksville was shut down at Crane during the rescue.
McGann and Chester was on scene to tow the vehicle.
