On August 12, 2024, Pittsburgh Police Fugitive Apprehension Unit and Violent Crime Unit detectives made an arrest in a July 14, 2024 shooting incident that critically injured a man while he was driving on the I-376 West on-ramp.
Rashawn Hall, 22, is charged with Aggravated Assault, Criminal Attempt Homicide, and Conspiracy. He is being held in the Allegheny County Jail.
