Pittsburgh Police SVU detectives are searching for a missing 22-year-old male.
Quasim Rooks is 5'9", 145, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen near the intersection of Penn Ave. & N. Braddock on October 5 between 12 and 1 a.m. wearing black pants with the letter "O", and an army green shirt.
Rooks is not familiar with the area. If seen, please call 9-1-1 or (412) 323-7141.
