Pittsburgh Police have arrested Maurice Nelson, 20, and Amier Windsor 17, (Act 33) on warrants for Criminal Homicide. Nelson and Windsor were wanted for the January 8, 2023 homicide that occurred in the 1900 block of Concordia Street in Carrick.
Nelson and Windsor are each charged with Criminal Homicide, Robbery, and Criminal Conspiracy.
They were transported to the Allegheny County Jail.
NB - These arrests are also related to the incident that ended on Route 51 on January 9, 2023.
