WHY: Groundbreaking ceremony for the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure signature project providing safe crossings for pedestrians and new traffic signals on North Avenue in the Northside.  

WHEN: Monday, March 31st at 1:00PM. 

WHERE: Allegheny Commons Park adjacent to the intersection of Federal Street and North Avenue. (map below)
