JOIN US FOR A SPOOK-TACULAR COMMUNITY TRICK-OR-TREAT NIGHT AT THE CITY COUNTY BUILDING 

Pittsburgh, PA – The City of Pittsburgh is excited to invite children, families, and kids at heart to a fun and festive Trick-or-Treat Crawl at the City-County Building on Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM in the Grand Lobby. 

Come enjoy a safe, indoor Halloween celebration featuring: 

  • Decorated tables hosted by City Departments 
  • Candy and goodies 
  • Music and festive Halloween vibes 
  • A costume contest for all ages – so come dressed to impress 
  • A chance to meet your local City officials in a fun and informal setting 

This FREE event is open to the public and welcomes everyone to join in the Halloween spirit.  

We look forward to celebrating with you and making magical memories together.
