  • The City of Pittsburgh Real Estate Department may still be experiencing high call volumes due to the 2nd Installment and Current Year Delinquent billing. Please do not sit on hold. Please leave a detailed voicemail or contact us via email at RealEstateTaxInfo@pittsburghpa.gov. All operators are working diligently to answer all communication. Please note that a return call from the Real Estate Division may not be identified as such with Caller ID, and may say "Bellevue". Thank you for your patience.
  • The Department of Finance is experiencing a Real Estate payment matter affecting some expired 2024 Tax Increment Financing (“TIF”) accounts. For these accounts, a system error caused payments from Zions Bank to not be received, resulting in the School Real Estate Tax portion of these accounts being turned over to Jordan Tax Service. All accounts affected by this issue are being pulled back from Jordan Tax Service and Zions Bank has been notified to help remedy the payment issue.
    If you believe you are affected, please provide a name, phone number, and parcel ID torealestatetaxinfo@pittsburghpa.govor call us at (412) 255-2525. Additionally, please put “Jordan Tax Service/TIF Payment Issue” in the subject line of your email.
