UPDATE: Police Investigate Shots Fired in E. Liberty

Update: Zone 5 detectives arrested Maquaiah Tasser Scott, 18, and Andre Love, 18, of Pittsburgh in connection with this incident. Each was charged with Aggravated Assault, Persons Not to Possess, Discharge of a Firearm into an Occupied Structure, Carrying a Firearm Without a License, and Possessing Instruments of a Crime. Love received an additional charge of Recklessly Endangering Another Person.

Original incident details:

Pittsburgh Police from Zone 5 responded to 9-1-1 calls for reports of shots fired in the 5900 block of Baum Blvd. at 1:25 p.m.

Arriving units did not immediately locate any victims, but shell casings were found in the area and the AAA building was damaged by a bullet.

Video of the incident appears to show a male shooting at a moving vehicle before fleeing on foot. It's not clear at this time if anyone in the vehicle returned fire.

The Mobile Crime Unit processed evidence at the scene.

At time of writing, no victims have shown up at the hospital.

The investigation is ongoing.
