Harris, 30, of Sidney, OH is charged with Criminal Attempted Homicide, Aggravated Assault, and Recklessly Endangering Another Person.
He was transported to the ACJ.

Just before 5:00 a.m., Pittsburgh Police from Zone 2 were dispatched to the intersection of Liberty Avenue and Smithfield Street following a report of a stabbing.
An unknown individual had called 911 to report a man lying on the ground, screaming, after being stabbed. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male victim suffering from multiple stab wounds to the upper torso and back.
Pittsburgh EMS responded to the scene and began treatment. The victim was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
The Mobile Crime Unit processed the scene, and detectives from the Violent Crime Unit are actively investigating.
