At ~ 10:35 p.m, SWAT, EMS tactical medics, and negotiators responded to the 1600 block of Hatteras St. for a domestic robbery after which the male actor barricaded himself inside a residence.
The female victim suffered some abrasions during the incident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
The male eventually surrendered to police and was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant for a probation violation.
He faces additional charges for the robbery.
