Police, Fire, and EMS Respond to School Bus Crash

At 7:48 a.m., Pittsburgh Police, Fire, and EMS responded to the 5500 block of Bryant Street for reports of a school bus that had crashed into four parked cars, some steps to a house, and eventually hit a tree.
When first responders arrived, all occupants had self-extricated from the bus.
Medics evaluated the driver on scene and transported him to the hospital in stable condition for further evaluation. Ten children were also evaluated on scene for bumps and bruises and parents or guardians came to pick them up at the location of the crash. McGann and Chester towed the bus from the area.
Pittsburgh Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
