On Tuesday August 5, 2025, Zone 5 officers were on proactive patrol of 7180 Highland Dr. - the former VA site- when they observed the gate wide open and a duffle bag containing cut copper pipe.

Each faces multiple charges including Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Criminal Mischief, Institutional Vandalism, Theft of Secondary Metal, Prohibited Acts, and Possessing Instruments of Crime.
