Pittsburgh Police detectives - in collaboration with the FBI - are investigating multiple reports of flyers with antisemitic messages found on properties in the Squirrel Hill and Shadyside neighborhoods of the city.
There are different versions of the flyers that were sealed in clear bags and weighted with kernels of corn so they could be thrown from a moving vehicle. Police canvassed the affected areas looking for the suspect, with negative results.
Witnesses gave various descriptions of the vehicle and the driver, but the most common description was that of a male with red hair.
Anyone with information is asked to call (412) 422-6520 or 9-1-1.
