At approximately 1:20 p.m. on May 13, Pittsburgh Police from Zone 1 were dispatched to the 1900 block of Straubs Lane for a reported verbal domestic altercation.
While en route, dispatch updated officers that an adult male victim had been shot. Arriving officers located the victim, who had sustained a gunshot wound to his left hip, and began to render aid.
The male victim was transported by Pittsburgh EMS to an area hospital in stable condition.
The adult male actor was transported to Police Headquarters for questioning. He was later arrested.
Brandon Noel, 22, of Pittsburgh is facing felony charges of aggravated assault and a misdemeanor charge of recklessly endangering another person.
He was transported to the Allegheny County Jail, where he remains.
