At 9:00 a.m., Pittsburgh Police from Zone 5 responded to the intersection of Frankstown Avenue and North Homewood Avenue for a reported stabbing.
Upon arrival, officers located an adult male outside with a stab wound to the upper shoulder area. The victim was not forthcoming with information about what led up to the incident, but officers believe the actor is known to the victim.
Pittsburgh EMS transported the victim to a local hospital in stable condition.
The Mobile Crime Unit responded to process the scene.
An investigation is ongoing.
