Special Victims Unit detectives are searching for a missing and at risk 39-year-old female.
Tara Nolan is described as 5'3", 80 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was in contact with family by email on September 5, 2024 and was last believed to be in the area of Allegheny Commons on Cedar Ave. on the North Side.
