Downtown High-Visibility Patrol officers operating in the Central Business District made a number of arrests and issued citations for the week of July 22-28, 2024.

Downtown Public Safety Center: Arrests: 18 Non-Traffic Citations: 34 Parking Citations: 19 Tows: 1 Warrant / Summons requests: 5 Businesses met with: 7
VPU / Narcotics: Arrests: 3 Non-Traffic Citations: 2 Warrant: 0 Tows: 0 Guns: 0
Note: VPU detectives on patrol in the Central Business District located a known warrant subject (VPU warrants for Narcotics Sales and Trafficking). Dewayne Harris was taken into custody and transported to the ACJ without incident. Two additional summons were filed, related to purchasing and possession of Narcotics from the warrant suspect.
