Plainclothes detectives from Zone 3 are asking for the public's assistance to identify the male in these two photos.
He is the suspect in a street robbery that occurred on April 29, 2024 at approximately 4:10 p.m. at the intersection of S. 17th Street and Roland Street on the South Side.
The female victim reported that she was walking in the area when an unknown male ran up behind her and grabbed her purse from her. She tried to run after the male, but lost sight of him when he fled up S.15th St.
