Pittsburgh Police Violent Crime Unit detectives have made an arrest in the October 22, 2023 homicide of 29-year-old Joseph Sees in Manchester. Joshua Short, 21, of Pittsburgh is charged with Criminal Homicide as well as Burglary, Aggravated Assault, and VUFA in connection with a recent criminal incident that preceded the homicide, and with Theft by Unlawful Taking for a vehicle theft that occurred in the early morning hours of October 25, 2023. Short was transported to the Allegheny County Jail.
