CitiParks Opening 5 Cooling Centers

Pittsburgh, PA – As temperatures continue to rise and heat index values are expected to exceed 90 degrees, CitiParks will activate five Healthy Active Living (HAL) Senior Centers as Cooling Centers beginning Monday, June 29, through Thursday, July 2. To assist residents in staying safe during the extreme heat, each designated Cooling Center will be open from 8:00AM to 7:00 PM, daily.
