WHY: All parties have unanimously approved authorization of the taxing body agreement. This ceremonial signing recognizes the collaborative efforts that make a real impact on the PLB’s goal of returning underproductive Real Property to beneficial reuse through an equitable, transparent, and public process, revitalizing neighborhoods to strengthen the City’s tax base and support socially and economically diverse communities.
