Pittsburgh Police Arrest Male in Two Non-Fatal Shooting Incidents

On February 16, 2026, Pittsburgh Police Fugitive Apprehension Unit detectives and the USMS Western PA Fugitive Task Force, in coordination with the Violent Crime Division, SWAT, Intel, PBP Drone Unit, and Zone 5 patrol officers and plainclothes detectives made an arrest in two non-fatal shooting incidents in the city and Wilkinsburg.
Marcell Fields, 18, was wanted by Pittsburgh Police for a shooting on October 25, 2025 in the 7200 block of Frankstown Avenue, as well as Port Authority PD for a separate shooting that occurred on October 26th, 2025 at the Wilkinsburg Park and Ride Bus Station.
Fields is charged by Pittsburgh Police with Aggravated Assault, Firearms Not to be Carried Without a License, Possession of a Firearm by a Minor (at the time of the crime) and Recklessly Endangering Another Person.
Fields is charged by Port Authority with Criminal Attempt Homicide, Aggravated Assault, Criminal Conspiracy, Firearms Not to be Carried Without a License, Possession of a Firearm by a Minor and Recklessly Endangering Another Person.
He is being held at the Allegheny County Jail.
