At approximately 11:15 a.m., the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police and Pittsburgh Bureau of EMS responded to a walk-in stabbing at Medic Station 8 in the 200 block of Walter Street in the Allentown neighborhood.
The adult male victim sustained a stab wound to the left side of his neck and to the lower back. Pittsburgh paramedics transported the victim to the hospital in stable condition.
The victim reported to officers that an unknown adult male stabbed him during a physical altercation in the 200 block of Bausman Street at approximately 8:15 a.m. Officers responded to that location but were unable to locate a scene.
An investigation is ongoing.
