Fugitive Apprehension Unit Arrests Three in 2021 Homicide

On April 17, 2025, Pittsburgh Police Homicide and Fugitive Apprehension Unit detectives, with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force, arrested three suspects in the August 17, 2021 murder of 39-year-old Ernest Adams in the 1300 block of Malden Street.

Caia Oliver, 21, Ramone Harrison, 27, and Jermale Lewis, 29, were taken into custody. Each is charged with Criminal Homicide and Criminal Conspiracy. Additionally, Lewis and Harrison were charged with Persons not to Possess.

Oliver, Harrison, and Lewis were interviewed at Pittsburgh Police Headquarters and later transported to the Allegheny County Jail.

The investigation is ongoing.
