UPDATE #2: The driver of the vehicle has been located and he is fully cooperative with police. The investigation is ongoing.
UPDATE: Pittsburgh Police have located the vehicle involved in this fatal hit-and-run incident. The search for the driver continues.
The vehicle was a white 2019 Freightliner box truck. Any social media posts depicting other possible suspect vehicles are erroneous and were merely bystanders who stopped to assist.
The investigation is ongoing. Updates will be provided when they become available.

Just before 5:45 a.m., Pittsburgh Police, Fire, and EMS were dispatched to the intersection of Terrace Street and Darragh Street in Oakland for reports of a person down in the road.
Arriving responders found a 37-year-old female victim in the street with injuries consistent with having been struck by a vehicle.
She was transported by Pittsburgh EMS in grave condition to UPMC Presbyterian, where she was pronounced deceased at 6:35 a.m.
The initial investigation indicates the victim was crossing Darragh Street in a crosswalk when the collision took place
Camera footage is currently being reviewed to determine the vehicle’s make and model.
The victim’s identity will be released by the Allegheny County Office of the Medical Examiner.
