UPDATE: Ramir Howard has been located and he is safe.

SVU is searching for 11-year-old Ramir Howard.
Ramir is 5'2", 82 pounds, with black hair in a short fade haircut, and brown eyes.
He was last seen leaving his residence in the 7900 block of Madiera St. wearing a black shirt, black pants, and white and black shoes.
He is believed to be on the North Side.
