Just before 6:45 p.m., Pittsburgh Police, Fire, and EMS were dispatched for a reported collision inside the inbound lane of the Liberty Tunnel.
Responding units located the three-vehicle crash about 100 yards into the tunnel.
Medics transported three patients to the hospital, two with minor injuries and one with moderate injuries.
Medic 15, Medic 2, Motorcycle Unit 2, and Engine 28 responded to the scene along with Pittsburgh Police.
Two vehicles were towed from the scene and the affected inbound lane has reopened to traffic.
