Original post: Pittsburgh Police are warning about a male who has been spotted lurking around buildings and looking in windows of apartments in Oakland.
They are appealing to the public to help identify the male in these photos. He was captured on security cameras on Dawson Street on more than one occasion, looking into windows and climbing fire escapes of apartment buildings.
Police are reminding people to ensure their windows - and doors - are locked, even if they are at home, and to report any similar occurrences to 9-1-1 immediately.
