Mayor Luke Ravenstahl's Citizen Service Award

Throughout our City's history, volunteers have played a critical role in providing essential services to residents, and building leadership and capacity among citizens to address community concerns. Mayor Ravenstahl is proud of Pittsburgh's strong tradition of neighbors-helping-neighbors and would like to recognize those whose service deserves praise.

Mayor Luke Ravenstahl’s Citizen Service Award is a special award that honors individuals and organizations that demonstrate a strong commitment to addressing local challenges and improving the quality of life in the City of Pittsburgh.

If you would like to share your volunteer accomplishments, or know of someone who is making an impact in your community, help us recognize their service by filling out the nomination form for Mayor Luke Ravenstahl’s Citizen Service Award.

You can nominate an individual in the community or share your own service story. Mayor Luke Ravenstahl’s Citizen Service Award recipients will be honored with a City of Pittsburgh Proclamation and a personal letter of thanks from Mayor Ravenstahl.
